Gwen C. Berryhill, 78, of 517 B. Avenue NW, died Tuesday, April 26, 2005, in her home, following a sudden illness. Graveside services: 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2005, at Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids, by the Rev. Bill Harnish. Arrangements with Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include a son, Terry (Lee) Berryhill of Marion; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; five sisters; and four brothers.
Gwen was born November 27, 1926, the daughter of Robert and Irene Myers Willits, in Trenton, Missouri. A homemaker, she married Truman Berryhill. He died in 1980.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association in memory of Gwen.
