"Dick? Glenn Richard Suits, 67, of 142 20th Avenue SW, Cedar Rapids, died Wednesday, August 18, 2004, at home following a long illness. Services: 1:00 p.m., Friday, August 20, 2004, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, by Rev. Del Bear. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m., Thursday, August 19, 2004, at the funeral Home. Burial: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include his wife Anna; a son, Randy J. Suits of Waverly; three daughters, Debbie of Waverly, Glenda and Carol Ann; two grandsons; five granddaughters; two great-granddaughters; and a sister, Diane Casner of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Danny Suits.
Dick was born December 30, 1936, the son of Glenn and Ruth (Stavs) Suits in Cedar Rapids. He graduated from McKinley High School. On June 25, 1972, he married Anna Mychalionio in Cedar Rapids.
A memorial fund has been established.
