Geraldine Reinburg

Geraldine “Gerry” Reinburg, 88, of Marion passed away Friday, December 25, 2015 at Crestview Acres. Memorial Service: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Silver Creek United Methodist Church in Masonville, Iowa by Rev. Sherri Anderson. Burial will follow at Silver Creek Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, Bob Reinburg of Amana, Bill (Pam) Reinburg of Richview, IL, and Sheryl (Gene) Betenbender of Central City; grandchildren, Will (Megan) Reinburg of Nashville, IL, Gina (Kelly) Grant of Herrin, IL, Amy Betenbender of Central City, and Chad Betenbender of Coggon; great-grandchildren, Trey, Tyse, and Teagan Reinburg, Kellen Grant, Hunter and Levi Betenbender; sisters, Jenny Wills, Barb Stock, Deanna Kelchen, and Nettie Keilholtz.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dale; grandchildren, Mark Betenbender and Denise Reinburg; and siblings, Velma Clute, Vanita Mangold, and Buck Beaman.
Gerry was born August 19, 1927 to Ben and Myrtel (Engles) Beaman in Dubuque, Iowa. She married Dale Reinburg on December 15, 1945. Gerry enjoyed baking, gardening, and watching wild life. She was a lifelong member of Silver Creek Methodist Church.
