Frank S. Fieselman, 90, of Cedar Rapids, died Friday, January 07, 2011, at St. Luke’s Hospital. Services: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 11, 2011, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Cedar Rapids by Rev. Bill Harnish. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Military Honors by VFW Post 788. Burial: Linwood Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Darlene; five daughters, Mary Lou Evans, Frances (Butch) Jones, Judy King-Rieniets, Sally (David) King Lawrence, and Terry (Bill) King Salyers; nine grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Fieselman Starks.
Frank was born September 11, 1920, the son of John and Emily (Gould) Fieselman, in Cedar Rapids. He served with the United States Navy during World War II and the Korean Conflict. On June 16, 1955, Frank married Darlene King. Frank worked at Harnishfeger for 34 years.
