Frances E. Wilson, 90 of Dundee, died April 20, 2009 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Cedar Rapids following a sudden illness.
There will be no services, scattering of cremains will be at a later date. Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Manchester, Iowa is in charge of arrangement.
Frances was born October 31, 1918, the daughter of Walter and Frances (Lubin) Entas at Cedar Rapids. She attended and graduated from McKinley High School, Cedar Rapids. Frances was employed at the Hy-Vee Grocery Store, Cedar Rapids for 23 years as a cashier and stocker. Prior to that, she was employed by Rockwell Collins during World War II.
Frances was a past member of the Central Park Presbyterian Church in Cedar Rapids.
Frances is survived by one son, Michael (Sandy) Wilson of Cedar Rapids, a daughter-in-law, Nellie Wilson of Dundee; two grandsons, Bryce and Brandon McGough.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Frances Entas; one son, George Wilson in July 2008; one brother, Frank Entas; and one sister, Berniece Cargin.
