Floyd E. Pike, 69, of Glendale, Arizona, formerly of Marion, died Tuesday, October 29, 2002, in Glendale, Arizona. Memorial Services: 1 p.m. Saturday, November 2, 2002, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion by Rev. Del Bear. Inurnment: Coggon Cemetery, Coggon, Iowa.

Survivors include his wife, Abbie of Glendale, Arizona; a son, Michael Pike of Phoenix, Arizona; three brothers, Kenneth Pike of Bouse, Arizona, Leo Pike of Bakersfield, California and Glenn Pike of Cedar Rapids; two sisters, Charlotte Kitzman of Thornburg and Irene Frasier of Marion.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Merrill "Rusty? Pike of Lisbon.

Floyd was born June 11, 1933, the son of Leonard and Elsie Pike, in Coggon. He graduated from Marion High School in 1951. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War. Floyd was the founder and former co-owner of Phoenix MetalCraft, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona.
