Evan Alan Wetzel, 206 Morris Street NE, Blairstown, Iowa, was stillborn at St. Luke?s Hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on Saturday, January 11, 2003. Services: 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 14, 2003 at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service by the Rev. Gary Dobbins. Friends may call on Tuesday, from 12:30 - 1:00 at the funeral home. Burial: Linwood Cemetery.
Survivors include his parents, Ben and Penny (Nichols) Wetzel of Blairstown; his sisters, Melanie Fortin, Melinda Kadera, Melissa Kadera of Cedar Rapids; his maternal grandparents, Lod and Margaret Nichols of Cedar Rapids; paternal grandparents, Nick and Bonnie Wetzel of Souix Falls, South Dakota, Judith Wetzel of Cedar Rapids; and his paternal great-grandparents, Mary and Harold Orr of Cedar Rapids.
A memorial fund has been established.
