Eleanor Mary Reth

Eleanor M. Reth (Morris), 99, past resident of the Delhi and Arlington, Iowa areas, passed away at The Great River Care Center, McGregor, Iowa, September 27, 2021, after a lengthy illness. The St. Croix Hospice Center, Strawberry Point, Iowa, also assisted in her health care.
Graveside Services were held on Thursday, September 30, 2021, at Taylorsville Cemetery, Arlington, with Reverend Keith Pitts, Officiating. The Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Manchester was in charge of arrangements.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bernie Morris of Delhi; former husband, William Reth of Delhi; one daughter, Carolyn Sue Reth of Arlington; three sisters and their spouses, Berdina Ward (Ray) of Strawberry Point, Rosella Hinder (Otto) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Verla Belle LeGassick (Donald) of Manchester, Iowa; and one brother, Cletus Morris (Helen) of Delhi, one nephew, Russell Ward.
Eleanor is survived by one daughter, Eileen Franks (Duane) of Waukon; one granddaughter, Crystal Gassman (Andy) of Big Lake, Minnesota: and two great-grandchildren, Tayla and Jackson Gassman of Big Lake Minnesota, and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
