Dylan Rose Hartman, 15 days old, daughter of Polly Hartman, of 417 J. Avenue NW, died Sunday, August 3, 2003, in St. Luke?s Hospital, Cedar Rapids, from complications of SIDS. There will be no visitation. Services: 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 6, 2003, at Central Assembly of God Church, Cedar Rapids, by the Rev. Mark Thomas. Arrangements with Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her mother, Polly; her grandmother and grandfather; Vicki and Myron Raas; her uncle, Alan; two sisters, Nicole and Jessi; and a brother, Shane Colton.
Dylan was born July 18, 2003. She was deeply loved by all who knew her and is a child who belongs to Jesus.
A memorial fund has been established in memory of Dylan.
