Doris A. Reth, 75, of Manchester, died Thursday, April 21, 2016. Private family services will be held. Bohnenkamp – Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include five children, Kim (Jeff) Hutchinson of Manchester; Steven Reth of Manchester, Jeffrey (Tina) Reth of Perryville, Maryland, Judy (Randy) Gowen, Yorktown, Saskatchewan, Canada, and Kevin (Lois) Reth, Beaufort, South Carolina; 19 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; a son-in-law, Kenneth Mysak of Manchester; sisters, Patricia Steger of Dyersville, Marilyn (Doug) Sharp of Des Moines, and Debra (Lee) Mescher of Goodyear, Arizona, brothers, Richard (Rosemary) Reittinger of Dyersville, and Donald (Karen) Reittinger of Harsell, Alabama; sisters-in-law, Luetta Reittinger of Dyersville, and Kim Cate of Houston, Texas.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; a daughter, Vickie Mysak; her parents; and brothers, David and Roger Reittinger.
Doris was born March 3, 1941, in Dyersville, Iowa, the daughter of Emil and Lucille (Roling) Reittinger. On August 16, 1958, she married Raymond LeRoy Reth in Dyersville. She enjoyed playing bingo, visiting the casino, and sharing coffee every morning with friends. Doris especially loved spending time with family.
