Donald K. Wolfe, 49, of Urbana, Iowa, died Sunday, January 24, 2010, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Cedar Rapids, surrounded by his family and friends after a courageous battle with cancer. Services: 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 29, 2010, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Center Point, by Ken Graham. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, January 28, 2010, at the funeral home. Burial: Urbana Cemetery.
Survivors include his parents, William and Marilyn Wolfe of Vinton; sisters, Kathy (Mike) Naylor and Kindra (Larry) Nudd both of Vinton; brother, Bob (Pam Costello) Wolfe of Center Point; niece, Jennifer Naylor of Denver, Colorado; and nephews, Jeff Naylor of Cedar Rapids, James Naylor of Shueyville and Stoner Nudd of Vinton.
Born August 16, 1960, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Donald was the son of William and Marilyn (Brown) Wolfe. Donald attended Urbana High School. He worked for Ralston Foods and then ABC Disposal.
Donald will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He was a loyal friend who lived life to the fullest.
