Diane M. Camp, 77, of Marion passed away Saturday, November 7, 2015. Family will greet friends from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2015, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Marion. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 13, 2015, at the funeral home conducted by Mike Morgan. Burial: Oak Shade Cemetery, Marion, Iowa.
Diane is survived by her sons, Joe (Crystal) Camp of Marion, Iowa, and Jeff Camp of Stillwater, Oklahoma; granddaughter, Rachael Camp; and sister, Linda (John) Barefoot of Corrales, New Mexico.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents; and brother, Joe Green.
Diane was born on November 16, 1937, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Joe and Margaret (Bisek) Green. She graduated from Ottumwa High School in 1955. Diane married Gilbert Camp in Nashua, Iowa on June 1, 1958. She was employed by Rockwell, American Legion Post #298 in Marion, and Foster’s Heating and Cooling as an accountant. Diane was a member of the American Legion Post #298 Auxiliary.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Diane’s memory.
