Delhia Beelner “Dee” (Tapia de Beelner) passed away on June 20, 2021, beloved wife of Randall Beelner. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where family will greet friends one hour prior. Reverend Phil Thompson will officiate. Private interment will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Cedar Rapids. Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service is assisting the family.
Dee was born on July 22, 1944, in La Mesita, Mexico, the daughter of Manuel and Belem Tapia. She immigrated to the United States in 1964. Dee was united in marriage to Randall Beelner on September 1, 1972, in San Diego California. Dee was deeply religious and a member of St Pius X Catholic Church. She worked at Northbrook Care Center until retiring in 2008.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
