Deb Jo Burbridge, 64, of Delhi, Iowa, passed away peacefully at home on the morning of Thursday, October 5, 2017. Visitation: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Sunday, October 8, 2017, at St. John Catholic Church, Delhi, and Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m., Monday, October 9, 2017, at the church. Conducted by Rev. John R. Kremer. Burial: St. Joseph Cemetery, Greeley. Arrangements by Bohnenkamp - Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Manchester, Iowa.
Deb was born November 3, 1952, in Manchester, the daughter of Henry and Jeannette (Pulver) Haren. She graduated from Maquoketa Valley High School in 1970. On November 27, 1971, Deb married Wayne Burbridge in Delhi, Iowa. She worked as a head purchasing agent for Bradco-Paladin, employed for 44 years. Deb enjoyed attending her granddaughter’s events, going cruising in the Corvette with her husband, dancing, playing cards, and walking around the pond.
Deb is survived by her husband, Wayne Burbridge of Manchester; her children, Connie (Rusty) Feldman of Marshalltown, Iowa, and John (Holly) Burbridge of Delhi; her granddaughters, Ciara, Kyra, and Kennedy Feldman, Taryn, Audra, Quinn, and Lyza Burbridge; her mother, Jeannette (Jim) Tharp; her father, Henry Haren; siblings, Lynnette (Mark) Schnittjer, Tim Haren, and Scott Haren.
Deb was preceded in death by her brother, “Sonny” Haren; paternal grandparents, Henry and Emma Haren; and maternal grandparents, Jack and Effie Pulver.
A memorial fund has been established.
