David Anthony Crosser, 52, of Robins, Iowa, died Thursday, November 4, 2010, at the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy, Hiawatha, of cancer. Celebration of Life Services: 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 9, 2010, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion, Iowa, by Rev. Dale Holloway. The family will greet friends from 4 – 8 p.m., Monday, November 8, 2010, at the funeral home. Private Family Inurnment: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie, and her children, Andy & Callie of Robins; a daughter Rhegan Crosser of Phoenix, AZ; his parents, Bill & Barb Crosser of Cedar Rapids; brother, Greg (Martha) Crosser of Edmond, OK; sister, Deb (Brad) Buntz of Robins; and in-laws Bob and Kay Feller of Cedar Rapids. Also surviving are numerous loving family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, and Debbie’s son, Austin.
David was born February 6, 1958, the son of Bill and Barb (Whigham) Crosser, in Eldora, Iowa. He married Debbie Feller on May 14, 2010, in Robins, Iowa. David worked for American and American Eagle Airlines for over 30 years in Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA and Cedar Rapids, IA. He attended Living Hope Wesleyan Church. David enjoyed golf, fishing, hunting, and traveling.
