Darrell Eugene Kysilka, 66, a resident of Geneva Towers in Cedar Rapids, died Thursday, October 28, 2010, at his home. Memorial services: 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at Geneva Towers Community Room, 310 5th Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his cousin, Dave McGinty of Whittier; his step-mother, Gerry Kysilka Hearn of Marion; and many friends.
Darrell was born March 11, 1944 in Cedar Rapids, the son of Joseph E. and Virginia A. (Graham) Kysilka. He grew up on the family farm east of Midway and attended Alburnett Schools.
