Creighton D. Campbell, 48, of Springville, formerly of Marion and Central City, died Tuesday, April 15, 2003, at St. Luke?s Hospital. Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 18, 2003, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion by Rev. Nick Needham. Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial: Mt. Clark Cemetery in Central City.
Survivors include his wife, Kris; his children, Corey Campbell and fiance? Nikki Campbell of Oxford, Alysia and Wesley Campbell, both at home; his parents, Ron and Rosie Campbell of Marion; two sisters, Wanda Pollock of Cedar Rapids and Camella Eichenberger (Duane) of Coppell, Texas; a brother, Mel Campbell (Pam) of Ryan; and two grandchildren, Dylan and Ashlyn Campbell.
Creighton was born March 29, 1955, the son of Ron and Rosemond (Davis) Campbell in Cedar Rapids. On October 22, 1983, he married Kris Stotler in Marion. He was a truck driver for PM-Pate Asphalt Systems.
A memorial fund has been established in Creighton?s memory for his children.
