The family wishes to extend a special thanks to all of the doctors and nurses who worked with Chris over the years especially Dr. Mark Barnett, MD, Dr. Mohammed Milhem, MD, the incredible nursing staffs of St. Luke’s Hospital and the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and Iowa City Hospice nurse, Cindy Ruffcorn.
