Carol A. Peyton, 64, of Manchester, died Friday, May 11, 2007 at the Regional Medical Center in Manchester after a sudden illness.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 14, 2007 at the Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Manchester. Family will greet friends from 2-4 p.m. Sunday and one hour before services Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Masonville.
Carol was born January 24, 1943 in Manchester, the daughter of Edward and Cassandra (Green) Wilson. On September 1, 1959, Carol was united in marriage to Robert B. Peyton in Manchester.
Carol enjoyed crocheting, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother.
Carol is survived by three daughters, Julie Brooks of Manchester, Peggy Hahesy of Creston and Bobbie (Tony) Dlouhy of Springville; ten grandchildren, Nikki (Matthew) Zieser, Bill (Ashley) Hahesy, Katie Brooks, Jake, Faith and Parke Hahesy, Chloe Peyton, and Wyatt, Olivia and Gabriel Dlouhy; one great-grandchild on the way; and four brothers, Clair, Dick, Dean and Don Wilson.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Edward & Cassandra Wilson; her husband, Bob Peyton in 2003; two infant children; brothers, Andrew, Ed, Larry, Blaine and Steve; and sisters, Louise, Irene, Betty and Cora.
A memorial fund has been established in Carol’s name.
