The Lord above has tried taking him from this Earth many times, but every time, he stood firm and said, "No, I'm not ready." This time was the final time, and he said, "I'm ready. They are ready, and everything will be fine." So, with one last silent “see ya, have fun” he went peacefully in his sleep.

Blaine A. Holub, 69, of Central City, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
