Betty A. Ziel, 61, formerly of Manchester, most recently of Mt. Carroll, IL passed Sunday, August 25, 2013 surrounded by her family at her daughter’s home.
Visitation will be 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at the Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Manchester with an 8:00 p.m. Prayer Service to follow. Private Graveside services at a later date at the Oak Hill Cemetery, rural Colesburg, IA.
Betty Ann Ziel was born August 17, 1952 in Manchester, Iowa, the daughter of Luther and Beverly (Bemis) Davis. Betty was a Certified CNA and worked for 21 years at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester.
Betty is survived by five children, Bill Bush of Manchester, Lee (Nikie) Bush, Jr. of Hopkinton, Kelly (Christina) Bush of Hopkinton, Scott (Sammi Davis) Bush of Greeley, and Sheri (Tim Doherty) Faris of Mt. Carroll, IL; her husband, Roger Ziel; ten grandchildren, Megan, Kody, Karson, Kiersten, Christopher, Mikayla, Matthew, Michael, Realei, Alissa; special friends, Doherty family, Lee Bush, Sr., and Zanzi.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Beverly Davis.
