Bette L. Bard (Bard)

Bette L. Bard, 46, of 1220 3rd Avenue SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, formerly of Chambersburg, PA, died, Saturday, December 27, 2008, at Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids, following a short illness. There will be no local services. Arrangements by Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her mother, Doris of Chambersburg, PA; four children, Autumn Goshorn, Jason Goshorn, Dustin Goshorn and Brittany Conway; a brother, Donald Bard, Sr.; and two sisters, Susan Carbaugh and Robin Moore.
Also surviving are two grandchildren, Dakota Goshorn and Cayden Goshorn.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jay R.; and a brother, Jay C.
Bette was born February 5, 1962, the daughter of Jay and Doris (Flory) Bard in Chambersburg, Pa. She worked in the restaurant business as a cook.
