Ann was born September 26, 1940 in Worthington, the daughter of Emil and Mildred (Gudenkauf) Jaeger. On October 18, 1958 she was united in marriage to Mark J. Winter in Worthington. They enjoyed 49 years of marriage before he passed away on December 22, 2007. Their years were spent raising their six children and working together on their farm. Ann was the most dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She always put the needs of her husband and children before her own. She loved to cook and bake, never failing to have an after school snack ready for kids when they came home from school. She tended a large garden and looked forward to Saturday night card club. Ann lovingly sewed clothes and quilts for her family and loved to sing and dance when the music played.
