Amoura West Thompson passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A private memorial service will be held. Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids, assisted the family with the arrangements.
Amoura was born February 11, 2020, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Amoni West and Kendel Thompson. She was pure love, befitting her name.
Survivors include her mother, Amoni West of Marion; father, Kendel Thompson; grandparents, Somer Lekin, Penny Harelson, and Ronald Thompson; uncles, Clifvon West, Clifton West, Jr., Zach Thompson, Semaj Thompson, and Jayshon Hopkins; and aunts, LaSha Lekin and Adrea West.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Clifton West; and great-grandmother, Mildred.
