A visitation will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2023, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Adar was born on August 20, 2021, the son of Nactanael Robles and Elsa Vargas Estrada. He brought immeasurable joy and warmth to their family during his short but impactful two years of life.

Tragically, Adar faced the challenges of a congenital heart defect that cast a shadow on his health. Despite the uphill battle, Adar displayed incredible resilience, teaching everyone around him the true meaning of strength and courage in the face of adversity.

During his time with us, Adar touched the lives of family and friends with his infectious laughter, bright smile, and boundless curiosity. His eyes sparkled with innocence and wonder, reminding us all of the beauty and simplicity of life. Despite the medical complexities, Adar managed to create precious memories filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

In the midst of medical appointments, hospital stays, and countless uncertainties, Adar’s family stood by him with unwavering love and support. The bond formed during these challenging times only deepened the love shared within the family, proving that love knows no bounds, and the strength of a family is immeasurable.

Adar is survived by his parents, Nactanael Robles and Elsa Vargas Estrada; siblings, Sais Troche (Madison Stokes) and Ian Robles (Jaedyn Hamilton); paternal grandparents, Emerito Robles and Mildred Torres; maternal grandparents, Julio Vargas and Dolores Estrada; niece, Issabella Troche; and nephew, Sailis Troche. The pain of their loss is felt by friends, neighbors, and all those who had the privilege of being a part of Adar’s journey on this earth.
