Dale E. Jones, 75, of Center Point, passed away Friday, September 17, 2010, at his home surrounded by his loved ones. Memorial Visitation: 4-8 p.m. Monday, September 20, 2010, at Murdoch Funeral Home in Center Point. Graveside Service: 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 21, 2010, at Center Point Cemetery, by Rev. Mike Ellson and Ken Graham.
Survivors include his wife, Joanne; four sons, Dennis Jones of Elboran, Vic Jones of Center Point, Rodney Jones of Center Point, and Steven Jones of Center Point; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Dale was born June 5, 1935, the son of Dennis and Una (Keller) Jones in Center Point. He married Joanne Geiger on June 29, 1956, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. Dale worked for Iowa Manufacturing, retiring in 1971.
